FINDING A “BEST WAY” to TRAIN THE BODY for GOLF and for LIFE???

      

Over my lifetime in golf, I have tested many ways to train the body to connect with the Mind and Spirit.

There are an infinite number of ways that have varying levels of connection and effectiveness and it is 100% true – You will never ever know if you never ever go.

The problem is that there is never enough time to thoroughly test any “one way” that piques your interest and we then turn to “Opinion Leaders” to lead us to “The Way.”

Again we are relying on someone other than ourselves to make a decision for us. It is always difficult when you are in a position of either “Confusion” or “Unknowing” and golfers quite often find themselves in such a situation.

Certainly, we are all better off with a Mentor who has “walked the walk” – providing this person allows for us to have space to test and discover what works best for ourselves.

Having said all this, I believe I have found a “magic way” to achieve your golfing dreams and improve your health – both physically and mentally – at the same time.
